Senator Ayandele, a third Republic Senator, Former chairman of the then Ogbomoso local government in the old Oyo state and Agbaakin of Ogbomosoland died on Saturday, 24th of March, 2018 in Ibadan at the age of 83.
The Funeral arrangement of the elder statesmen, has been scheduled for April 12 and 13 in Ogbomoso. According to the release of the family, there will be a commendation service for the late Ayandele at Oke Ado Baptist Church, Ibadan on Thursday, April 12 2018 by 9a.m.
Immediately after the service the body is expected in Ogbomoso for the second and final phase of the burial arrangements.
The Christian walk keeps will hold by 6pm at his residence, Ile Abo, off Ikoyi Road Ogbomoso.
On Friday, 13th of April, 2018, the funeral service will hold at First Baptist Church, Okeelerin, Ogbomoso by 11am while reception will be held thereafter at the Osupa baptist day school, ogbomoso.

Former Governor of Oyo State, Otunba Adebayo Alao Akala, described his death as a “personal loss” to him.
Alao-Akala in a condolence letter he personally signed and handed over to the family members, said the elder statesman was “an epitome of selfless service, humanness, and philanthropy, who devoted the greater part of his life to humanity.”
He said Chief Ayandele, while serving as a Chairman in the then Ogbomosoland “initiated and executed many developmental projects, especially, extensive road network which endeared to the hearts of the people”, adding that the late “Chief laid a solid foundation for subsequent administrations to build upon.”
He also praised the efforts of Chief Ayandele as a pillar of support and a rallying point, who provided leadership roles to foster unity, peace, cohesion, progress and development, such that the elder statesman was honoured with the chieftaincy title of Agbaakin of Ogbomosoland.
Otunba Akala then prayed for the repose of his soul, adding that “we are consoled by the fact that he left behind enviable legacies, and greatest honor and respect we can give to him is to sustain and improve on those legacies.”

Meanwhile, Senator Abdulfatai Buhari, Chairman, Senate Committee on ICT and Cybercrime has Commisserates with the family of late Chief Ayantayo Ayandele and the entire people of Ogbomoso over the demise of the Agbaakin of Ogbomosoland.
The lawmaker in a condolence message to the family said the death of the late Senator is a great loss in the political clime in Oyo State and Nigeria at large.
“During his life time, Baba demonstrated exemplary leadership style with a geunine passion for the development of his constituency and the people, no wonder why he was always assigned one role or the other by various administrations at the Federal level.
“There is no doubting the fact that Chief Ayandele will be remembered for his outstanding performance.”
